Streaming live video for outside broadcast

Smart-telecaster Zao is the world’s first H.265/HEVC hardware encoder. The Zao simply attaches to the camera to enable full HD live video mobile transmission of live events to anywhere in the world. It includes H.265/HEVC mobile transmission units for streaming live video for outside broadcast, such as for live news gathering and live sports contribution. The Zao encodes and streams over multiple standard 3G and 4G (LTE) mobile networks, Wi-Fi and/or satellite solutions providing extreme reliability, even at low bit rates, with a very low latency. The Zao-S is a tiny encoder that can be used with multiple LTE networks – it weighs only 300 grams and can live stream worldwide from remote locations.
