Soliton Systems Development Center is looking for a full-time colleague to be part of our development team, where you will be responsible for operating, configuring, maintaining, and customizing our systems and tools for build, test and deployment.
What will you get from this job (besides the money)?
You will get responsibility and a high degree of freedom in planning and executing your work.
You will get much appreciation and respect for your work to ensure that our machines, systems and tools are well maintained and well performing.
You will get to contribute with new initiatives to continuously improve our systems and tools. And you will get to implement these initiatives by employing your skills in Python and Bash scripting and by utilizing the knowledge which you will continuously build up concerning state-of-the-art in DevOps.
Also, you will get to work with technologies such as Docker and the Azure cloud infrastructure.
What is the work environment like?
We are a small international team that develops cloud services for our Japanese parent company. We have an informal and collaborative work style with a very high degree of delegation.
Our office space is quite nice with 2 people in each room and not much noise. And you get “the usual”: Lunch, fresh coffee and a beer Friday afternoon if you wish. You can also have a game of table tennis, if you (and one of the colleagues) are in the mood.
What do we expect from you?
You may be an experienced IT systems manager with a desire to move into DevOps. Or maybe a recently graduated IT supporter or data technician. Or someone else with a love for IT systems work.
In any case, you must have experience with Linux system management, IT security and network configuration, and have skills in programming/scripting (the more the better).
You must be living in Denmark or close by, and either be an EU citizen or have a Danish green card.
Agency calls are not appreciated.
Apply in Danish or English via the link “Apply online”. Applications will be processed as we receive them.
